After being hired, I was assigned to design the 2018 annual report for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. This event, held in Pittsburgh, brought together staff from across the nation to discuss finances, initiatives, and achievements. The company had just completed a website redesign but lacked brand guidelines. Additionally, HR sought to create an event with referral incentives to encourage employee recruitment.

The recruitment lottery event, where employees received scratch-off cards for referring candidates, boosted referrals. We used the visual style of the redesigned website for the annual report and brand guidelines, which were finalized by the 2019 report. I also designed a comprehensive event program, including schedules, directions, and floorplans, ensuring participants were informed. The program's design was aligned with the annual reports to create a cohesive look.
